A 35-year-old woman in Ugandan was arrested for killing a 4 months old baby on Wednesday. The baby was identified as Clare Kilkudde.

Police reports indicate the suspect, Nakiganda Jackline, killed the baby by hitting her head with a panga. Nakiganda confessed to killing the infant after her arrest.

Reports indicate that Nakiganda had previously killed another child. Neighbors confirm that Nakiganda drowned her first victim in a basin of water. Police declined to comment on the unverified information.

Police are investigating Nakiganda's motive for killing the baby. She is currently being held at Mityana Police Station and will appear in court on Thursday.
