Early Life and Education

Novak Djokovic was born on May 22, 1987, in Belgrade, Serbia. He began playing tennis at the age of four and quickly showed remarkable talent. Djokovic's early education focused on tennis, and he trained tirelessly at the Novak Tennis Center in Belgrade.

Professional Career

Djokovic turned professional in 2003 and quickly rose to prominence. He won his first Grand Slam title at the 2008 Australian Open and has since won a total of 21 Grand Slams, second only to Rafael Nadal's 22. Djokovic has also won the ATP World Tour Finals five times and has spent a record 387 weeks as world number one.
